How I started

Using A.I to power my workouts.

I recently had to find a new way of planning my workouts. Here’s the story of how I created the app to do that!

Some background

At the start of the year I decided that I would book in some time with a personal trainer and there are quite a few pro’s to hiring a professional personal trainer, keep these in mind for later in this article,

  • They’ll design your workouts
  • Help with nutritional advice
  • Provide you a schedule
  • Push you to progress with your fitness

Things were going pretty well with this and then my trainer received an offer they couldn’t refuse. This led to them leaving their job and me no longer having a trainer.

The search

Once this happened I realised that I needed another app to try to keep my motivation going, to ensure that I kept working out, so I started searching around other apps and the main thing I realised is none of them were giving me what I wanted in terms of workout plans.
